Bright Future Consulting is a platform aimed to foster a connection between Asian American job seekers (mostly college students) and companies in need of talents.
BFC is made up of two business units, one focuses on providing professional career consulting and job training for Asian American students; another emphasizes providing hiring and HR solutions to companies in the Southern California region.

Tony Wu, Founder
David Wang, Mentorship Director & Advisor
Founded Bright Future in 2018, Tony has experience matching clients with the right coach. His responsibilities at Bright Future are mainly focused on implementing technology into the coaching service as well as growing the coaching team.
He has working experience as an FP&A Analyst at PennyMac. He holds a degree in UCLA with Business Economics major.
25+ years of work experience in commercial banking and risk management, David has extensive knowledge in HR hiring and performance management. He was invited to CalTech for personal branding seminar.
He served as a Chief Operating Officer at a bank in California and hold an MBA degree.
